She was predeceased by: her father Vincent "Jim" Napoli. She is survived by: her husband Michael McDonald of St. Louis, Missouri; her sons, Sean McDonald (Matthew) and Wesley McDonald (Lisa); her mother Haroldene Napoli; her brothers, James Napoli (Lori), John, David Napoli (Sheila) and David Rutledge (Susan); her grandsons, Brock and Brayden McDonald; her siblings' children, Zach, Erin, Ryan N. (Andrea), Ryan R. (Linda) and Emily (Dave); her extended family, O'Neill McDonald (Vickie), Jim McDonald (Sally), Scott McDonald (Kim) and Patti Alli (John); and her friends, Debbie Abernathy (Randy) and Ann Gartland.

We were neighbors of the Napoli’s. Remember them as kind and good neighbors. Later on my son became friends with Sean, Gina’s son. Sean was in my son’s wedding. Gina was always welcoming to my son when he visited at their home. Sean, she will always be with you. God bless”
