With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Morel Stientjes (Defiance, Missouri), born in Alvord, Iowa, who passed away on April 6, 2020 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Micheal Stientjes and Clara Stientjes (Dykstra); and his brother Michael Stientjes. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Stientjes (Christensen); his children, Holly Hamilton (Stientjes), Rob Stientjes and Jeff Stientjes; his grandsons, Ethan Hamilton, Andrew Hamilton, Alex Stientjes and Tony Stientjes; his sister Muriel Faulkes (Stientjes); his son-in-law Todd Hamilton; and his grandson Bud. He is also survived by nieces & nephews.

Memorials may be made in Bud's name to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
