She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred J. Girard and Edna L. "Louise" Girard (Schmandt); her former husband William D. Mykins; her brother Ronald Girard; and her nephew John Girard.
She is survived by: her husband Curt Eccardt; her children, Mary Troia (Joe), Bill Mykins (Steffani), Anne Prater (Dan) and Rose Dill (Steve); her grandchildren, Melissa Troia, Natalie Troia, Madeline Mykins, William F. Mykins, Garrett Mykins, Stephanie Buatte (Josh) and Jessica Kubik (Scott); her great grandchild Scarlett Stevick; and her siblings, Roger Girard (Mary Jon) and Donna Kehres (Bill). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers and plants, memorial donations are suggested to be made to Places for People, Arthritis Foundation, or Alzheimer's Society in honor of Rose.
