He was predeceased by: his father Ivan "Buck" Forrest; his brother Rick Forrest; and his sister-in-law June Forrest. He is survived by: his mother Delta Forrest (Snavely) of Norwood; his wife Sue Forrest; his children, April Carmon (Joel) and Ivan Forrest of Norwood; his siblings, Janet Grimm (Garry) of Nemo, Karen Kemper (Larry) of Mountain Grove and Alan Forrest (Jennifer) of Forsyth, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Ivy Forrest, Trenton Carmon and Cooper Carmon. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
