He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Kelly and Vera Gray-Kelly; his spouse Shirley Edgar-Kelly; his siblings, Wesley Kelly, Bill and Katie; his son-in-law Gene Boling; and his stepgrandchildren, Ron Green, Robert Green and Rose Green.
He is survived by: his children, Rick Kelly (Doris) of Ridgecrest, CA, Larry Kelly (Rita) of Sikeston, MO and Linda Boling of Monroe, MI; and his grandchildren, Garrett Kelly, Wesley Kelly, Stephanie Boling and Dani Poore. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
