He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann; his siblings, Patsy Stevenson and Gary David (Maxine); his daughter Tammy Sue Piedmont (Ed Thurman); and his grandchildren, Summer (Nick D'Amico), Jennifer (Cheyne Sharkey), Austin Culbertson (Arnica), Ashley (Garrett Wilfong), Elijah Patterson (Cora) and Luke Culbertson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews even great-great nieces and nephews.
