She is survived by: her mother Iwona Madej of Des Peres, MO; her brother Alexander Madej (Vincenza Pierce) of St. Louis, MO; her fiancé Jacob Cave of Springfield, MO; her aunts and uncles, Derrick Madej (Dorothy), Beata Wojcik and Arek Gorka (Magda); her grandparents, Maria and Aleksander Gorka; and her cousins, Sara Scales (Evan), Kathryn Madej, John Madej, Viktoria Wojcik, Sebastian Wojcik, Max Skarzynsky, Logan Skarzynsky, Kamil Zarzycki and Kevin Zarzycki.
