It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Thomas of Desloge, Missouri, born in Bonne Terre, Missouri, who passed away on September 25, 2021, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Elmo, Virginia Thomas, Lovell and Marie Petty; his father-in-law Donnie Brown; and his nephews, Jason and Josh Marler.

He is survived by: his parents, Janet Thomas (Petty) and Clarence E. "Gene" Thomas; his former wife Christine Brown; his wife Chris Thomas; his children, Ashlee Carver (Tony) and Garrett Thomas; his granddaughter Charlee; his siblings, Gene Thomas Jr. (Debbie), Becky Marler and Clyde Thomas (Tammy); and his mother-in-law Sharen Brown. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews and cousins.
