She is survived by: her children, Tim Warthen (Cecilia), Shannon Warthen (Jeremy McCarty) and Brian Warthen (Tetyana Yamilova); her grandchildren, Kalua Usher (Tim), Kara Kline (Donald), Brianna Warthen (Devin Brawley), Makensey Hallin (Dillon), Karlee Warthen, Blake Zahner and Brilee Warthen; her siblings, Glenda Box (David) and Gerald Lucas; and her sisters-in-law, Evelyn Lucas, Mary Bame and Rose (Steve). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
