He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcus Jenkins and Virginia Lee Jenkins (DeGrant); his stepmother Evelyn Jenkins; his brother James "Jim" Jenkins, Sr.; his stepsiblings, Robert DeGrant and LaDonna (Don "Duck" Nelson); his brother-in-law Robert Cole; and his parents-in-law, Don and Anna Nations (Merritt).
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Jenkins (Nations); his son Marcus Jenkins; his daughter-in-law Lindsey; his stepsister Mary Sandra Williamson; and his siblings-in-law, Ruth Cole, Joyce Galloway (Dennis) and Don Nations (Lee Ann). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Desloge Chapel (1116 N Desloge Dr, Desloge, MO 63601). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 12:15 PM to 1:15 PM at the St. Francois Memorial Park (6776 Vo-Tec Rd, Bonne Terre, MO 63628).
