She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Joseph and Lola Agnes Dicus (Chandler); her siblings, Geneva Tackett, Marie Scott, Howard, Johnny and Cowell Dicus; and her grandchildren, Logan Eli Kathcart and Emmett Wendell Edwards.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Windell Rulo; her children, Patricia Dawn Henson (Donald), Cheryll Schroth, Kimberly Lewis (David), Kirsta Holliman (Bubba) and Rob Joseph Rulo; her grandchildren, Matthew Parks (Megan), Robin Neff (Jason), Briana Edwards, Natalie Schroth-Sanchez (Hector), Hailey Doyle (Caleb), Bobby "Dew" Holliman III (Kaitlyn) and Ava Edwards; and her sisters-in-law, Essie Stricklin and Anita Brooks. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren and two great- great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Desloge Chapel (1116 N Desloge Dr, Desloge, MO 63601). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 2:45 PM to 3:45 PM at the Sunset Cemetery (10396 Manders Rd, Potosi, MO 63664).
