He is survived by: his children, Tracey Fields (Dan) and Ken Carver (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Joshua Fields (Ashlee), Randy Fields (Caitlyn), Zachary Carver (Erin), Tyler Fields (Cassandra) and Kate Carver (Ryan Hall); and his brother Jack Carver. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
