He is survived by: his children, David William (Amanda Burrow) of Park Hills and Danielle (Joseph Robinson) of Barnhart; his granddaughters, Allison Avery Burrow and Josie Elizabeth Robinson; and his nephews, Ronnie Sparks and Lonnie Sparks.
