She was predeceased by: her brother Donald Kemper. She is survived by: her daughters, Kimberly Rueter-Ortmann (Andy Ortmann), Angie Rueter, Kathy Lister and Peggy Rueter; her grandchildren, Kelsey Ortmann (Lee Bacott), Trenton Kurtz, Dalton Kurtz (Ayanna Young), Haley Lister, London Zapp and Isabel Lister; and her husband Louis A. Rueter.

Donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association in lieu of flowers.
