He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth A Rulo of DeSoto, MO; his sons, Edward Rulo, Jr. (Kimberly) of DeSoto, MO, Scott Rulo of Fletcher, MO and Brian Rulo of Cedar Hill, MO; and his sister Margaret Kuntz of Imperial, MO. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren, other beloved family members and dear friends.
A funeral Mass was held on Monday, January 12th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. John (4614 Blue Springs Dr, Imperial, MO 63052).
