He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Todaro and Carmen Todero (Fernandez); his wife Shirley Todero (Brown); and his siblings, Larry Todaro (Quetta), Donald Todaro (Bonita), William Todaro (Jean) and Linda Byrd (Rob).
He is survived by: his children, James Todaro, Jr. (Tanya) of Pevely, MO, Laura Hite of Arnold, MO, Terry Ballard of DeSoto, MO, Deborah Tishy of Afton, MO and Victoria O'Harver (James) of Festus, MO. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, along with numerous loving family members and friends.
