He is survived by: his wife Judy Johnston (Gowen); his son Matthew Johnston (Amanda); his daughter-in-law Tanya Pinkerton; his grandchildren, Chloe and David Pinkerton; his great grandchild Alex Pinkerton; his siblings-in-law, Brenda Boyer, Carol Spreckelmeyer (Melvin) and Terry Gowen (Joanne); his mother Patsy Johnston (Moore); and his siblings, Eugene Johnston (Diana), Mark Johnston, Donna Akins and Christine Graham (Scott).
