She was predeceased by: her father Carl Minehart; her husband Sidney Shoumake; and her siblings, Thelma, Veda Hershel, Melba, Mildred, Gayle, Cecil and Bethel.
She is survived by: her sons, Ken Shoumake (Marilyn), Roger Shoumake, Ricky Shoumake (Gloria) and Rowdy Shoumake (Holly); her grandchildren, Zachary, Russell, Richard, Rachel and Tyler Ashley; and her brother Carl Minehart. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
