He is survived by: his significant other Barbara Ann Lewis (Whitter); his children, Don Lewis (Dawn) of Antigo, WI, Denise McCarty (Shawn) of De Soto, MO, Charlene De Clue (Kevin) of Hillsboro, MO and Katherine Meyer (Chris) of De Soto, MO; his grandchildren, Amanda Bachmeyer (Noah DeRousse), Josh Lewis (Stephanie), Aaron Meyer (Alicia), Tyler Lewis (Valeria), Kirsten Hassell (Taylor) and Rachel McCarty; his great grandchildren, Allana Bachmeyer, Logan Lewis Bachmeyer, Bennett Tolsma, Eleanor Meyer, Josiah Meyer, Otto Lewis and Ayliana Hassell; his sister Faye Pashia (late Maurice) of Maryland Heights, MO; and his siblings-in-law, Dorothy Lewis of Highland, IL and Jim Tidwell of Bonne Terre, MO.
