She is survived by: her children, Travis Worley (Tina), Jonathan Worley, Marcy Worley and Tina Malone (Jerry); and her brothers, Rickie Cullum, Pervia Cullum (Beverly) and Tony Cullum. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; also, by other relatives and friends.
