He was predeceased by: his parents, John Richard and Katie Monroe Richard Frank; his stepfather W. G. Frank; his siblings, John Henry, James Oliver, Willie "Bill" Gene, Odis Jerry, Nola May and Frances Irene; and his siblings-in-law, Charles Frank, Jimmy Robinson and Elaine Robinson Launius.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Ann Robinson; his children, Keith Richard (Camie) of Dexter, Missouri and Kristi Whitehead (Jonathan) of Charlestown, Indiana; his grandchildren, Mollie Whitehead, Alex Whitehead (Gabbie) and Lindsay Woods; his great grandchildren, Avery Whitehead, Lucas Woods and Presley Woods; and his sister-in-law Carolyn Frank of Dexter, Missouri. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mathis Funeral Home (125 W Stoddard St, Dexter, MO 63841). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
