She is survived by: her husband Guy Mitchell Roberts; her children, Derek Mitchell Roberts (Samantha), Makenna and Maevry of West Plains, Missouri; her stepson Jay Mitchell Roberts (Eve) of Jackson, Tennessee; and her siblings, Michael Forkum of Dexter, Missouri and Niki Forkum Evans of Dexter, Missouri. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
