He is survived by : his sons, Jay Musgrave (Beth) of Cape Girardeau and Kip Musgrave (Lisa) of Dexter, Missouri; his stepchildren, Mike Jordan (Cindy) of Pacific, Missouri, Karen Pleasant (Dennis) of Campbell, Lesa Parks (Bobby) of Dexter and Shiela Blunt (Jason) of Essex, Missouri; and his sister Pat Eubanks of Springfield, Missouri. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, twenty-eight great-grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
