He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert C. Jones and Irene Wilks Jones; and his siblings, Kenneth Coleman Jones and Marie Triplett. He is survived by: his wife Deana Tidwell; his sons, John Karnes (Heather) of Mississippi and Tim Jones (Joni) of Atlanta, Georgia; his brother Troma Jones of Caruthersville, MO; and his grandchildren, Nick Karnes, Nathan Karnes and Madison Walker.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the CrossRoads Global Methodist Church (501 S Walnut St, Dexter, MO 63841). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
