She was predeceased by: her parents, William J. Holt and Pearl B. Babb Holt; her husband Robert "Bob" Fowler; her son Gary "Skeeter" Fowler; and her son-in-law Tim Noe.
She is survived by: her children, Bill Fowler (Sheryl) of Dexter, Alan Fowler (Barbara) of Dudley, Missouri and Patty Noe of Lilbourn, Missouri. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren, and ten great-great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Bluff Cemetery.
