He is survived by : his mother JoAnn Fowler of Dexter; his girlfriend Donna Gregory of Bloomfield, Missouri; his children, Tyler Fowler (Jordan Jacobs) of Lawrence, Kansas and Christi Moore (Jesse) of Dexter, Missouri; his siblings, Bill Fowler (Sheryl) of Dexter, Alan Fowler (Barb) of Dudley, Missouri and Patty Noe (Tim) of Lilbourn, Missouri; his grandchildren, Shaylin, Kylie, Milli, Luna, Reny and Asher; and his friend Judy Evy.
