He was predeceased by: his parents, George Duncan and Ruth Duncan (Lukes); his wife Darlene Osborn Duncan; his children, Scott Duncan and Kathy Freeman Baker; and his siblings, Ellen Dale, Annabelle Dale and Albert Duncan.
He is survived by: his children, Harold Freeman of Dexter, MO, Ron Lacy, Sr. of Dexter, MO, Rhonda Lacy Cochran of Kansas City, MO and Diana Duncan Barr of Banner, MS. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and several great and great-great grandchildren.
