He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. William Critchlow and Wanda Critchlow. He is survived by: his wife Diane Graham of Matthews; his daughters, Dr. Allison Critchlow of Anchorage and Dr. Claire Critchlow (Bo Carnaghi) of Fort Collins; his granddaughter Piper Fern Paisley (Allison Critchlow); and his siblings, Joe Critchlow (Barbara Critchlow), Dr. Tom Critchlow (Tonya Critchlow), Dr. Mike Critchlow (Mona Copeland) and Debbie Yorke (Jay Yorke). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
