He was predeceased by: his father James Kenneth McGuire Sr.; and his brother Johnny McGuire. He is survived by: his mother Louise Sewell McGuire of Dexter, Missouri; and his children, Aaron Shepherd of Dexter, Missouri, Timothy Shepherd of Dexter, Missouri, Liberty Moltz (Terry) of Dexter, Amber McCorkle of Dexter and Crystal Sanders (Chris) of Essex, Missouri. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mathis Funeral Home - Dexter (125 W Stoddard St, Dexter, MO 63841). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
