He was predeceased by: his parents, John Thomas Howard and Sylvia Ann Brecheisen Howard; and his spouse Shirla Rathjen McFaddin. He is survived by: his children, John Trevor Howard (Michelle) of Oakville, W. P. H. "Bill" McFadden IV of Dexter, Missouri and Elilza Jane Winfrey (Alan) of Edgemont, Arkansas; and his grandchildren, Joe, Amelia, Cody, Brody, Jagger, Adam, Tyler, Brandon, Cole and Jaxon. He is also survived by three great-granddaughters.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 20th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM at the Mathis Funeral Home (125 W Stoddard St, Dexter, MO 63841). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 20th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the same location.
