She is survived by: her parent Ollie Faye Hillard White of Matthews; her son Jason Curtis (Tori) of Dexter, Missouri; her siblings, Doug White (Teresa) of Puxico, Missouri and Donna White-Shaffar of Doniphan Missouri; her close friend Vicky Moore of Dexter, Missouri; and her grandsons, Levi Curtis and Liam Curtis.
