He is survived by: his son Layton Anthony Lee Shafer of Dexter; his parents, Anthony Wayne and Debra Kay Shafer (Siebeneck) of Dexter; his siblings, Shadrick Shafer (Christi) of Perryville and Serena Comegys (Brian) of Kansas City; his siblings' children, Bryson, Bennett, Jillian, Anderson and Gwendolyn; his cousin Kenny Kale; and his uncle Kevin (Mimi).
