He was predeceased by: his parents, Ulise M. Frazier and Rebecca Katherine Frazier (Mays); and his grandson Benjamin Rushing. He is survived by: his children, Phyllis Ann Harris of Greenville and Dennis Frazier (Kathy) of Wappapello; his grandchildren, Phillip Frazier, Jennifer McKinney, Ashley Hansard, Denny Frazier, Jessi Ammons, Brett Frazier and Jeff Rushing; and his brother George Frazier of Desloge. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandson.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Watkins Funeral Homes - Bloomfield (106 N Prairie St, Bloomfield, MO 63825). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Watkins and Sons Funeral Home (106 N Prairie St, Bloomfield, MO 63825).
