He is survived by: his children, Blaine Adams of New Franklin and Lynn Averett (Marty) of Dexter, Missouri; his grandchildren, Jordan Averett (Candi), Colton Averett of Dexter, Andrew Adams of Fayette and Rachel Adams of Millersburg, Missouri; his great grandchildren, Francesca (Frankie) of Dexter, Missouri, Ellesandra (Ellie) of Dexter, Missouri and Griffin Averett of Dexter, Missouri; and his caregiver Kay Seiler.
