Maxwell (Phyllis) of Hazelwood; her daughter-in-law Kim Maxwell of Salem, Oregon.; and her grandchildren, Greg (Holly), Christy (Randy), Amy (David), Charlotte (Jason), Sara (Tom), Bryan, Andrew (Andrea), Marie (Nathan), Emily (Mitch) and Joshua (Olaf).
