He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hasty and Crystena Hasty; and his daughter Tahnee Hasty Shawn. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Ann Hasty; his former wife Leona Pruitt; his daughters, Teresa Lynn Smith (Jason), Tiffany Hasty and Jennifer Singleton; his grandchildren, Ryan Ide, Megan Tubb, Brielle Smith, Halen Smith, Jacob Cooper, John Harvell, Jordan Harvell, Jessie Kiander, Jenessa Hasty, Clayton Shawn, Kyle Floyd, Zachary Floyd and Christopher Singleton; his sister Flora Hutto; and his sibling's children, Brett Sale, Gina Gregg and Lisa Pueschel. He is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
