He is survived by: his sons, Steven Hoffman (Heather) and Christopher Hoffman (Lesley); his grandchildren, James Hoffman, Mekenzie Hoffman, Stephen Hoffman and Emily Hoffman; his great grandchild Thatcher Hoffman; and his siblings, Tom Hoffman (Ann), Carol Agatstein (Ken) and Barbara Kiskaras.
