He is survived by: his wife Bernita Swank; his children, Stacey Bell, Melena Lara (Raymond), Bryan Swank, Christina Brown (Mike), Devon Hettenhausen (Josh), James Rigney III (Ivy), Charles Rigney (Nichole), Jessie Rigney (Katie) and Shiloh Rigney; and his grandchildren, Lynn, Toneka, Eddie, Caden, Justin, Jacob, Chloe, Chance, Ashley, Gabrielle, Jade, James IV, Drew, Grace, Brody, Briley, Shane, Devan, Ronnie, Bo, Austin, Chelsey, Jeffrey and Nevaeh. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren; along with numerous other extended family.
