He is survived by: his wife Grace Shelden; his children, Sheila Dool (Danny) of Branson, MO, Diane Bise (Robert) of Waynesville, MO and Daniel Shelden (Janie) of Dixon, MO; his grandchildren, Sondra Sitton (Michael) of Clever, MO, Megan O'Brien (Cris) of Billings, MO, Dillon Dool (Sarah) of Republic, MO, Denton Shelden of Columbia, MO and Dominic Shelden of Dixon, MO; his great grandchildren, Colton, Bentley, Eleanor, Barry and Remi; and his sister Carol Woody (Tom) of Laquey, MO. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Memorial Chapels and Crematory. A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Dixon Assembly of God Church of Dixon, MO. (810 W 4th St, Dixon, MO 65459).
Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Danny Shelden and may be left at the funeral home or at the church on the day of the service.
