He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall Guy and Flossie Bell Holtsclaw (Smith); his son Terry Dean Holtsclaw; and his siblings, Richard Holtsclaw, Ruby Sankins and Guilda Holtsclaw.
He is survived by: his daughter Sherry; his children-in-law, Charles "Chuck" Sears of Mexico and Natalie Holtsclaw of Dixon; his grandchildren, William "Will", Emily Holtsclaw of Bella Vista, Joseph "Joe", Kelsey Holtsclaw of Boonville, Jason, Jennifer Sears of Green Ridge, Stacey and Jeff Bruns of Mexico; and his great grandchildren, Savanna, Brooke, Kristina, Luke, Mackenzie, Jason Aaron, Hannah Sears, Tayla Bruns, Dylan Bruns, Allie Holtsclaw, Avery Holtsclaw, Cooper Holtsclaw and Wrenlee Holtsclaw. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many other relatives and friends.
