He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl T. Martin and Ruth Martin (Edgar); his former wife Dottie; his siblings, Ivan, Ruthene and Donna Jean; his granddaughter Amy; and his great grandchild Lexi.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Beltz; his sons, Edgar "Marty" Carl, Jr. (Kathy), Donald J. "Jeff" (Susan) and Stephen Lee (Anita); his grandchildren, Edgar "Eddie" Carl Martin, III, Andrew "Andy" Martin, Joshua Martin, Philip Martin, Hanna Martin, Daniel Martin, EmmaLea Smith (Martin), Christianne Stiles (Martin), Elizabeth Kirkendall (Martin), Stephen Martin, Jedidiah Martin and Samuel Martin; his great grandchildren, Jacob, Jessica, Levi, Jaymar, Tameyia, Zion, Gary, Brandin, Paige, Cooper, Lettie, Alexandra, Juliana, Charlotte, Gabriel, Gia, Amana, Emerson, Everett, Ruby and Everly; and his great great grandchildren, Faith, Ariana, Ava and Bryson. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (1004 US-63, Vienna, MO 65582). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
