He was predeceased by : his mother Brenda; and his grandparents, Shirley, Blondie Kizer, Pat Malone and Patsy Fenton.

He is survived by : his father Bob Burgess; and his siblings, Shawn Burgess Matherly (Shannon) and Mindy Meeker (Kevin). He is also survived by uncles; aunts, nephews and nieces and many other relatives and friends.
