She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Woodard and Ruby Woodard (Everett); her husband Warren Fulton Cooper, Jr.; her children, Mitch Tucker, Mark Cooper and Melody Tucker; and her grandson Derek Parker.
She is survived by: her daughter Kim Keyes; and her grandchildren, Katie Marlatt (Mike), Josh Mott, Billy Burris, Justin Keyes, Amanda Stieferman and Hannah Mott. She is also survived by eighteen great-grandchildren; her church family and many other relatives and friends.
