With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Maletta G. Sears of Dixon, Missouri, born in Harvey, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Maletta left this world on August 21, 2025 at the age of 93, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry George and Frances Christine Sommer (Zander); her daughter Cynthia "Cindy" Sears; and her siblings, Lionel Sommer, George "Bud" Sommer and Laura Ford.
She is survived by: her children, Charles "Chuck" Sears (Sherry) of Dixon, Karl Sears (Linda) of Dixon, Andrew "Andy" Sears of Dixon, Dale Sears of Dixon, Shelley Moore of Dixon and Gail Sears of Dixon. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; numerous nephews and nieces and many other relatives and friends.
