She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred James and Norma Corene Wagoner (Buckner); her husband William L. Miller; her children, Wayne Elms, Lisa Elms and Brenda Arthur; and her siblings, Bryon Wagoner, Bob Wagoner, Marion Wagoner, June Miller, Janet Hall and Joyce Jackson.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis Elms (Salley), Billy Elms, Linda Lusk (John) and Cynthia Meyer; and her siblings, Bill Wagoner, Jake Wagoner, James Bruce Wagoner (Brenda), Judy Wagoner (Delaine) of Dixon and Jill Wagoner of Dixon. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
