He was predeceased by: his parents, Alston Edward Howser and Bernadine Katherine Howser (Clark); and his brother Charles Thomas Howser. He is survived by: his sons, Matt Howser (Sherri) of Dixon and Frankie Howser of Castle Rock, Colorado; and the mother of his children Georgette Makras. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
