She was predeceased by: her parents, Buster Frix and Mary Frix (Mann); her children, David Erik Cunningham and Amie Lynn Cunningham; and her siblings, Wilda Faye Shepard and Buddy Frix.

She is survived by: her sons, Dr. Mark Timothy Cunningham of Farmington and Dr. Jeffry Scot Cunningham (Michele) of Winston; her grandchildren, Dustin Erik Cunningham (McKenzie) of Campbell, MO, Tiffany Dawn Cecil (Jacob) of Campbell, MO, Andrew Bishop Cunningham of Farmington, Melanee Erica Kissinger (David) of Park Hills, Maggee Elise Walls of St. Louis, Maycee Elina Cunningham of Winston, Georgia, Kristen Rose Rogers of Farmington, Stephanie Louise Peters-Winters (Kyle) of Harvell, MO, Jessica Lynn Peters-Bogan (Jacob) of Lebanon, MO, Katie Weathers (Joe) of Bonne Terre and Ryan Thomas Storie of Park Hills; and her sister Sherry Drye. She is also survived by twenty nine great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
