He is survived by: his wife Autumn Surrell; his children, Kinsley Null, Carter Surrell and Oliver Surrell; his siblings, Brittany Surrell (Jason Lee), Ashley Surrell (Christian), Angela Surrell (Tori Surrell), Jacob Surrell (Nichole Surrell) and Shawn Hedrick; and his uncles, Gary Kendle (Latonya Kendle) and Curt Simpson. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
