She was predeceased by : her parents, Emery Desich and Elizabeth Desich (Nemath); her husband John Travis Hawks; her son Bryan Hawks; and her siblings, Annie Odom, Betty House and Dutch Desich.
She is survived by : her sons, John Hawks (Cheryl) of Doniphan and Rodney Hawks (Rosina) of Doniphan; and her siblings, Mary Lou Zurowski of Huntsville, AL, George Desich of Lizton, IN and Richard Desich of Doniphan. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
