She was predeceased by: her parents, John Mitchem and Glenda Mitchem (Hicks); and her siblings, Linda Sue Rousan, Johnny Mitchem, Bill Mitchem, James Richard Mitchem and Donald Ray Mitchem.
She is survived by: her sons, Daniel Alcala of Poplar Bluff, MO and Nicky Alcala; her siblings, Cindy Blurton of Michigan, Carol Winebarger of Fredricktown, MO, Barbara Dyle of Desloge, MO, Judy McDaniel of Massachusetts, Bobby Mitchem of Hunter and Joe Mitchem of Michigan; her sister-in-law Donna Amerlan; and her grandchildren, Draven Alcala, Hailey Nicole Alcala and Nick Ludwig.
